Location: Hemswell, Lincolnshire
Salary: £36,341 - £40,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off days and nights - 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am

Key Duties:
- Provide breakdown and preventative maintenance support for all conveyors to ensure optimal production capability.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate job completion records and assist with PPM schedules.
- Contribute to site-wide PPM programs and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Conveyor Maintenance within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in fault detection, breakdown repairs, and executing Preventative Maintenance routines.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of light welding and fabrication techniques is advantageous.
- Must have a NVQ level 3 or higher in Engineering.
