Join Our Client's Team as a Sales Administrator
Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Stallingborough
Salary: £25-£26k + pension
Shift: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is a global leader in the production, sales, and development of organic anhydrides and their derivatives. With over 50 years of expertise and a presence on four continents, they are trusted by top industries worldwide.
The role would require you to provide a link between the manufactured and traded products and supply to the customer. Maximising loads to ensure the correct economies. Managing the availability of products to meet customer demand and always meeting the dates confirmed by the customer.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process sales orders via phone, email, or fax.

Enter orders into the company’s SAP system and confirm delivery dates with customers.

Work with the transport team to arrange shipments.

Help resolve customer complaints by organising collections and replacements.

Handle customer requests for samples and necessary documents like safety data sheets.

Ensure all order information flows correctly through the SAP system, from order entry to dispatch.

Assist other members of the Customer Service Team and ensure smooth collaboration between sales, production, and transport departments.
Requirements:

Experience in an office setting, ideally within the manufacturing or chemical industries.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational abilities.

GCSEs (C or above) in English and Maths; a business qualification is a plus.

Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel); SAP experience is preferred.

Confidence in handling business phone communications.
